Privacy notice
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This notice explains how DopaNudge handles information you provide while using its daily tools and community.
Information you choose to provide
- Account details: email address, username, display name, password hash, and optional city and biography.
- Check-in answers and derived pattern scores; these are personal reflections, not a clinical assessment.
- Tasks, reflections, methods, preferences, lesson progress, and messages you choose to save.
- Temporary focus-room participation and technical security information needed to operate the service.
Visibility and purpose
Your display name, username, optional city, biography and check-in profile can be visible to other preview members for community matching. Do not include information you do not want others to see.
Daily tasks and personal method notes are private to your account. Direct messages are available to their participants. Joining a focus room makes your chosen display identity visible to participants, but does not share your task.
Lesson reflections may be shared in the community when you explicitly choose to share them. Account and progress data are used to provide the features you request. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and service providers
Guest tools use this browser’s storage; signed-in progress is stored in our separate Cloudflare database. Cloudflare also hosts the website and provides security and email delivery. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request’s technical information.
Data may be processed outside your country by our infrastructure providers. No advertising trackers or optional analytics are currently enabled.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, export or clear your daily-tool records, leave a focus room, and request account deletion from Your data. Deleting browser storage does not delete server-side account records.
We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account. Security and legal records may require a separate retention period. Contact the service through the account data-request form for access, correction or deletion requests.
