ONE OF FIFTY SITUATIONS

“I struggle to notice what is happening in my body and feelings.”

Noticing is a skill, not a trait. It can start with one sentence.

What this can look like

You notice tight shoulders during computer work. You can begin with something outside your body instead: the screen is bright, the desk is crowded, or the room is quiet. That option is available from the start, rather than a fallback you must earn by trying an internal exercise. If you do choose to describe the shoulder sensation, "tight" may be all the description you have. The observation does not need to explain its own cause before it is allowed to be useful.

A description and an explanation answer different questions. "My shoulders feel tight while I am at the computer" reports what you notice and the setting in which you noticed it. "This is caused by worry" proposes a reason. "This must come from something in my past" proposes a larger story. Neither explanation follows automatically from the description. You do not need a medical or historical theory to say that the present experience is uncomfortable, and you do not need to choose a theory in this reading.

How DopaNudge works

  1. Three minutes of questions that adapt to your answers.
  2. One sentence that names where you get stuck — and a 60-second experiment for today.
  3. A 60-day path: one chapter each evening at 6:00 PM, with 72 hours of room each.

What €9.99 buys — once
